AIS Power Profiling on the Wattbike

As soon as we mention that Cycling Australia use Wattbikes the first thing we are asked is what kind of sessions and testing do they perform... and sadly we are forced to tell them absolutely nothing at all.

Well, they like to keep their cards pretty close to their chests, especially with that little multi-sport event in London only a few months away. So, when I was reminded of this video I thought it answers one of those questions without us having to break anyone's confidentiality. Check out former AIS cyclists Duncan Smith and Al Lacuone as they revisit some testing nightmares with the newer method of profiling their power zones.
