We are using the wattbike in conjuction with bike fitting as well as to improve efficiency

Our results have been outstanding and the new software has added a couple of features that we think were needed

I do feel its important to only show the information you are working on to improve. too much is too much!

The line graph for efficiency L and R is a great tool especially when zones are set

I do think that with the wattbike you can get an edge, apply itto road work but it must be a continual process

We have been logging our results and have some interesting theories which we will share at a later date
