Fix for Windows 7 - Prior to installing the software, right click on the installer .exe file, choose properties, then Compatibility, then choose "Run this program in compatibility mode for: Windows XP (Service Pack 3). Once the software has installed, right click on the short cut and ensure that the Compatibility mode is still checked. See the video tutorial below for more instructions.
