It's the first day of the month and for many you'll be getting into the swing of your winter training right now. It'll probably involve a lot of low-level work in Zone 2 as you look ahead towards your 2013 targets.
We all need a bit of motivation though so with that in mind we want you to have crack at setting a time for 10km on your Wattbike. To get going we advise you complete a good warm-up and then use the standard workout for 10,000m on the Wattbike Performance Computer.
Just press Workout>Standard>10000m and start pedalling.
The current record at WattbikeRanking.com is 11 mins 28 secs by New Zealand rower Hamish Bond - don't forget to add your own time to our ranking system.
We'd really like you to tweet your 10KM TT time and your average power to us @wattbike using #ridelikeapro or drop us your results on our Facebook page.
It's purely for fun but who wouldn't want to keep the bragging rights throughout November?!?
GOOD LUCK!
