1. This competition is open to residents from mainland UK aged 18 years or over, except employees of Wattbike, Limited their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the draw.
2. Details of how to enter form part of the terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
3. Entries must be submitted via the Wattbike Hub. Participants may complete each individual climb multiple times. However, once submitted, entries cannot be amended in any way. Only one prize per individual climb will be given. Only one overall prize for participants who have completed all three climbs will be given.
4. Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries will not be accepted.
5. From completed individual climb submissions completed within the time periods below, one winner per climb period will win a Wattbike Purist Drinks Bottle and a Wattbike Heart Rate Monitor. Each winner will be contacted by email within seven days of the competition closing date. The date periods for these climbs are as follows:
- Colle delle Finestre: Monday 7th May 2018 (9am GMT) to Sunday 13th May 2018 (12am GMT)
- Prato Nevoso: Monday 14th May 2018 (9am GMT) to Sunday 20th May 2018 (12am GMT)
- Col Saint-Pantaleon: Monday 21st May 2018 (9am GMT) to Sunday 27th May 2018 (12am GMT)
6. For participants who have completed all three climbs in the periods as stated above, one overall winner will be drawn at random and contacted by email within seven days of the competition closing date. This winner will receive an OTE Nutrition Bundle and One Year’s Subscription to The Sufferfest.
7. All prizes stated above are subject to availability, non transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
8. Should Wattbike Ltd be unable to contact winners or should the winner be unable to accept the prize, Wattbike Ltd reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
9. The prizes are as described and are available on the date of publication. Should the prize become unavailable, a substitute of equal value shall be provided.
10. The winner may be required to participate in reasonable publicity on behalf of Wattbike Ltd.
11. Entrants’ data will be used for the purpose of administration of this prize draw and in accordance with the permissions granted or withheld at the point of entry.
12. Events may occur that render the competition itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of Wattbike Ltd and accordingly Wattbike Ltd may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to Wattbike Ltd as a result thereof.
13. These Terms and Conditions are to be interpreted in accordance with English law and any dispute arising out of these Terms or their subject matter is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
