United States Tennis Association look to implement testing and training protocols on the Wattbike

March 17, 2021 1 min read

The United States Tennis Association (USTA) welcomed Wattbike Master Trainer Thomson Remo (who was also our Wattbike 1K winner last year) to their facility a few weeks ago. Thomson delivered the Wattbike Foundation Workshop to three Strength and Conditioning coaches there, which included bike set-up, how to interpret power, cadence and Polar View, and how to set up initial testing protocols through the Wattbike Hub.

Suggested training protocols for sprints and conditioning were also covered, and Thomson will support the coaching staff in implementing training and testing protocols on the Wattbikes.
