Our colleagues in Russia were recently invited to spend some time demonstrating the Wattbike at a special event in Red Square, Moscow as part of the celebrations for the upcoming Winter Olympic Games in Sochi.
We've seen Wattbikes in some pretty special place, not least up in the London Eye and aboard a Royal Navy submarine, but we think Red Square is right up there as one of our favourites.
With over 40 sports demonstrating to the 100,000 visitors across 16 venues, it was a great opportunity for the public to try out some of the hi-tech training kit being used by the top athletes heading to Sochi 2014.
The sports festival in Red Square was arranged by the Russian Olympic Committee and the Wattbike proved very popular with visitors, particularly when it came to trying a peak power test - some very impressive numbers were in display!
We'll be looking out for more stories from Russia as the country gears up for the biggest winter sports event ever in 2014.
