DELIVERIES AND ORDERS
You are still able to purchase a Wattbike or accessories from our website. Lead times are made visible across all our products. If you have already placed an order, your lead time will have been provided to you when you purchased.
You may be aware from recent news reports of the effect that Brexit and the continued Covid-19 pandemic is having on imports to the UK. We are doing all we can to minimise the impact on our customers. If your order is affected, we will be in touch immediately to update you.
In line with government guidelines, and to protect the welfare of colleagues and customers, we will deliver to the doorstep or to your nominated safe place. No product will be left without customer agreement. This applies to the in-house delivery team and third-party couriers. We will continue to deliver our products both boxed and assembled, but following the same measures.
When we call to arrange delivery with you, we will discuss whether there is a safe place to deliver and whether you are able to accept doorstep delivery. If this is not possible delivery will be postponed until it is deemed safe to deliver. .

KEEPING OUR TEAMS SAFE
To protect our warehouse staff and keep our Wattbikes going out the door, all other teams are now working from home.
We’ve expanded our warehousing space to receive, quality assure and ship more bikes within Covid-safe practices.
To adhere to social distancing and observe government tiering rules, our Nottingham-based showroom is closed. If you have any questions regarding our products, or which product is best for you, take a look at our Support pages. .
To adhere to government guidelines and keep both our customers and team members safe, Wattbike will be suspending home services within areas that are under local lockdown restrictions. If you have booked a service, we will be in touch shortly to re-arrange or provide alternative support.
