Social Media & Marketing Executive

Wattbike has an exciting opportunity for a Social Media & Marketing Executive to join our expanding team with a focus on creating engaging content for the thousands of fans who love and use the Wattbike both within our B2C and B2B markets.

With over 50,000 global followers on Facebook, 30,000 on Twitter as well as other social media platforms including You Tube, Instagram. LinkedIn, we are looking for someone who can helps us to generate and drive conversations with our customers in this newly created role.

A creative thinker with plenty of drive and determination, you will have a passion for social media with the ability to articulate sports and performance-based content into a suite of creative assets that excites our audiences and gets them talking to us. As well as bursting with creative ideas, you will have an analytical mind and enjoy making decisions based on performance metrics and evidence. By doing so, you will help us to maintain and grow customer engagement and intimacy, website traffic and revenue.

The successful candidate will be proactive, accurate and highly motivated with a positive attitude. They should possess experience in social media or a related field and be willing to assist with some general marketing and event administration in busy periods. A good degree of creativity and autonomy is available in this role for the right candidate.

Business Development Manager - Europe

We are looking for a driven, self-motivated individual to join our dynamic Business Development Team.

Managing a number of international markets and associated distributors as well as Key accounts across Central Europe, the Ideal candidate will posses the following attributes;

  • A passion for cycling
  • Fluent German and English speaker
  • Proven experience in the commercial fitness market; 5+ years senior sales/account management experience
  • Good understanding and network across the professional sports market
  • International and distributor management experience preferable
  • Ideally based in Germany however flexible for the right candidate
