All Blacks strength and conditioning coach Nic Gill and the Wattbike - A love hate relationship

Dr Nicholas Gill has been the strength and conditioning coach for the New Zealand All Blacks rugby team for more than ten years. Coaching the most successful team in rugby is no easy feat, yet Nic seems to have found the perfect balance between work, play, and academics, as he is a full-time coach, part-time professor, and part-time Iron Man.

We caught up with Nic when he was on tour with the All Blacks in the UK this November, and got the lowdown on his relationship with Wattbike. Watch the video below to learn about Nic, the Wattbike, and the love hate relationship between one of the world’s best S&C coaches, and the world’s best indoor bike

Stay tuned for another video with Nic Gill where you will learn everything you need to know about off-feet conditioning, the All Blacks, and how Nic uses the Wattbike to increase player longevity, improve conditioning, prevent injuries, and maximise performance.
