British Army winter Wattbike competition | Wattbike Training

The first annual Army Winter Wattbike competition was held on the 22nd of January at the Royal Army Physical Training Corps facility in Aldershot. 40 Army Physical Training Instructors gathered on the day to battle it out against each other on the Wattbikes over a series of events. The competition was started by Captain Mark Greenwood to keep PTIs inspired and motivated, and our Power Cycling software was used on the day to bring a competitive edge to the event.

There are currently over 2000 Wattbikes within British Army units across the country, and over 100 specially trained Royal Army Physical Training Instructors who use the Wattbikes on a daily basis to improve fitness, rehab injured personnel, and test troops.
