Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will then be contacted by our specialist courier partner to arrange a suitable time and date for delivery.
Our specialist courier partner provides a 2-man, room of choice delivery service for your Wattbike.
Wattbikes: Delivery charges apply to all Wattbike orders. Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery location and will be displayed at checkout.
Accessories: We offer £5.50 flat rate shipping to Mainland UK. For other areas, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Our Home Assembly Service is available to add to your Wattbike Proton or Air order for £69.95. This includes expert assembly of your new Wattbike in your room of choice by our couriers.
Please note: your delivery and assembly team will not be able to take the packaging away with them, as this would void your ability to return the bike within the 30-day returns window.

The standard delivery service from our internal team is a 1-person, ground floor, threshold (front door) delivery.
If the standard delivery service from our internal team is not suitable, alternative delivery arrangements may be available for an additional fee.
Administrative fees may be charged if our internal team cannot complete a delivery where the requirements fall outside the standard delivery criteria.

If you are a resident of Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, the Highlands, the Scottish Offshore Islands, or Northern Ireland, your shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

In the event of a missed delivery, our couriers will attempt to contact you to arrange one redelivery slot. Subsequent missed deliveries will incur a redelivery fee.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@wattbike.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
