We are Wattbike Limited (“Wattbike”, “we” or “us”). Wattbike are part of the Interactive Strength Inc. group of companies. Our registered office is at Unit 13, Nottingham South and Wilford Industrial Estate, Nottingham, NG11 7EP.

We will collect personal data about you in the following circumstances: -

  • Information relating to your device for analytics and advertising purposes and to enable our website to function properly 

We do not request any information that constitutes special category data. Special category data is personal data relating to certain factors such as your health, sexual orientation, religious beliefs, biometric or genetic data or information about political opinions.

  • Shopify who host our website and provide website analytics and order processing services

  • Marketing service providers, for example, to send our newsletter out or customer surveys
  • If we sell, transfer or buy any business or assets, we will disclose your personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets.
  • Other companies within the Interactive Strength group of companies

  • Credit reference agencies for the purpose of assessing your credit score where this is a condition of ours when entering into a contract with you. (for business-to-business transactions only)
  • Maintenance and service companies who help maintain our products
  • If you enter a competition we may, with your permission, share your personal information with third parties that have donated prizes for prize fulfilment and marketing. 
  • Legal and other professional advisors who support our business

8. Where in the world we will transfer your personal data to 

Your personal data may occasionally be accessed or held by third parties outside the UK and European Economic Area (EEA).

Whereas in the EU and UK, we implement a high standard of data protection law, some parts of the world do not implement such stringent laws. As a result, we will make sure that appropriate safeguards are in place to ensure that it is protected in accordance with UK data protection law regardless of where it is stored or accessed from.   • Have the right to request to have your personal data erased.
  • Have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces a legal effect or a similarly significant effect on you.
