What if my bike needs more than this tier?
The engineer quotes you on the spot and you approve it before any extra work happens. Nothing gets charged without your say-so.
Do I need to move or ship the bike?
Not for Tier 1 or Tier 2 — both are carried out in your home, wherever the bike lives. Tier 3 is a workshop service and we arrange collection.
How often should a Wattbike be serviced?
Once a year for regular home use. Studio and multi-rider bikes benefit from a service every six months.
Is servicing covered by my warranty?
Warranty covers manufacturing faults. Servicing covers wear from normal use — the two are separate, and regular servicing helps keep your warranty valid.
Where do I find my serial number?
On the frame, just below the saddle rail. Add it at checkout so your engineer arrives with the right parts.
