Created by Wattbike’s expert coaches and sport scientists, Fit in 25 is a collection of over 100 guided workouts, all 25 minutes or less, that make it easier to build fitness, improve strength and stay active without long training sessions.

1. Download the Wattbike Hub app for free
2. Choose one of the Fit In 25 categories
3. Complete the Wattbike Fitness Benchmark and note your CRF score
4. If your CRF score is less than 30, choose the beginner plan. If it's between 30-50, choose intermediate. If it is above 50, you need a more advanced plan
5. Follow the workout programme or pick the workouts you'd like to complete over the next 8 weeks. Aim for 3 per week
6. Take the final Fitness Benchmark Test to track your progress and celebrate your progress! Tag @wattbike to share your results and we'll celebrate you too
