This 8-week training plan includes two structured sessions per week and begins with a 6-minute average watts test. This initial test sets your benchmark, allowing you to measure progress against a repeat test at the end of the block.
The Program is specifically designed to increase your 6-minute average power output. Across the eight weeks, the sessions focus on improving your ability to recover between efforts, sustain higher average wattage, and push harder when it matters most - all with the goal of improving your race-day running performance.
