We've got new workouts written by Wattbike Ambassador and former pro cyclist Alex Dowsett, winner of stage 8 at the 2013 & 2020 Giro d'Italia.
And it's your chance to win a 1-1 Training Plan from Alex, tailored to your time, ability and goals. Simply sign up above, and complete at least 2 of the new Giro workouts in the Wattbike Hub before the end of May.
WEEK 2-4
RUGBY CHAMPIONS
The Champions Cup and Challenge Cup both kick off on the weekend of the 25 May bringing the season to an end, to celebrate we're bringing a whole host of Rugby-themed workouts to the Wattbike Hub as part of the Summer Sessions.
We've got workouts written and used by professional rugby players and coaches that will improve aerobic efficiency, VO2 Max and all-around fitness levels. Wattbikes are used across elite rugby teams such as England Rugby for fitness testing, performance progression, rehabilitation and recovery.
